Shopping and Product Selection

What products does Venom Motorsports Canada sell?

Venom Motorsports Canada sells gas and electric ATVs, dirt bikes, motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, Mini Jeeps, off-road vehicles, replacement parts, accessories and related services.

How do I choose the correct ATV or dirt bike?

Choose according to the rider’s physical fit, control reach, strength, coordination, experience, intended terrain and transmission preference. Age alone should not determine vehicle size.

The rider should be able to reach every control, maintain balance and operate the brakes, throttle and steering comfortably.

Can I speak with someone before ordering?

Yes. Contact Sales at 1-855-984-1612, option 1, or email sales@VenomMotorsportsCanada.com.

Include the rider’s size, experience, intended use, terrain, province and preferred transmission so the team can better assist you.

Are the prices shown in Canadian dollars?

Yes. Prices displayed on VenomMotorsportsCanada.com are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

How do I know whether a product is available?

Review the current product page for its listed availability. In stock, preorder, backorder and sold out are different statuses.

Contact Sales before ordering when timing is important or when you need confirmation of a specific colour or configuration.

Are discounts available when purchasing multiple vehicles?

Contact the Sales team for current multi-unit or wholesale opportunities. Discounts are not guaranteed and depend on the products, quantities and current availability.

Orders, Payments and Financing

When will I receive my order confirmation?

An order confirmation is normally sent to the email address entered during checkout. Check your spam or junk folder when it does not appear in your inbox.

Does Venom Motorsports Canada offer financing?

Financing options may be available to qualifying Canadian customers. Approval, available credit, interest rates, payment amounts and repayment terms are determined by the financing provider.

View Current Financing Options →

Does Venom offer a layaway program?

A layaway option may be available for eligible purchases. Review the current layaway page for deposit, payment, pricing, cancellation and completion terms before starting a plan.

Review the Layaway Program →

Can I change my order after placing it?

Contact Customer Service immediately. Changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered preparation, assembly, booking or shipping.

Product changes, address changes or carrier changes may create delays or additional charges.

Can I cancel my order?

Vehicle and product sales are final under the current terms. Contact Customer Service immediately when an order concern arises, but cancellation approval is not guaranteed.

Review the complete Warranty and Terms page before ordering.

When are taxes and delivery charges shown?

Applicable taxes, selected delivery services and other order charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping and Delivery

Does Venom Motorsports Canada ship across Canada?

Yes. Vehicles, parts and accessories are shipped across Canada from the Greely, Ontario facility.

Carrier and service options depend on the product, shipment size, destination and delivery method selected.

Is vehicle shipping free?

Some qualifying vehicle orders include shipping to the nearest assigned freight terminal for customer pickup. Residential or business delivery normally carries an additional charge.

Review the current Shipping page for the available options and current conditions.

Can my vehicle be delivered to my home?

Residential delivery may be available for an additional charge when offered during checkout.

The freight carrier will normally contact the recipient to schedule an appointment. Standard freight delivery does not include uncrating, assembly, vehicle setup or packaging disposal.

What do I need for terminal pickup?

Bring valid photo identification matching the shipment information and a suitable truck, van or trailer capable of safely transporting the crate.

Vehicle crates are large and heavy. Arrange suitable transportation before the shipment reaches the terminal.

When will I receive tracking?

Tracking information is emailed after the carrier picks up the shipment. A tracking or PRO number may require approximately 24 to 48 hours after pickup before activity appears.

Why has my freight tracking not updated?

Freight tracking may not update continuously while the shipment moves between terminals. Contact the carrier using the tracking or PRO number for delivery appointments and current terminal status.

What should I do when the shipment arrives?

Inspect the entire crate before signing or removing it from the terminal.

  • Check for crushed or bent framing.
  • Look for punctures, broken straps or exposed components.
  • Take photos of all sides of the crate.
  • Document visible damage on the carrier receipt.
  • Do not sign a clean receipt when visible damage is present.
What should I do if the crate or vehicle is damaged?

Take clear photos before removing the packaging, note the damage on the carrier paperwork and contact Venom immediately.

Include the order number, model, VIN, carrier tracking or PRO number, delivery receipt, crate photos and clear photos or video of the damaged area.

Shipping damage involving body fairings or exterior panels must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the vehicle under the current terms.

What happens if I miss a residential delivery appointment?

The carrier may return the shipment to its terminal and apply storage, redelivery or related charges. Charges caused by a missed appointment or unavailable recipient are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I change the delivery address after shipment?

Contact Venom immediately. Address changes after booking or carrier pickup may not be possible and may result in reconsignment fees, delays or additional delivery charges.

Assembly, PDI and First Use

Do vehicles arrive fully assembled?

Most vehicles are shipped approximately 80 to 90 percent assembled unless a full assembly service is selected or the product page states otherwise.

Final assembly, adjustment, inspection and testing are still required before operation.

What does PDI mean?

PDI means Pre-Delivery Inspection. It is the complete inspection, adjustment and testing process performed before a vehicle is operated for the first time.

Read the PDI Guide →

Who must complete the assembly and PDI?

Venom Motorsports Canada requires full assembly, PDI and testing by a certified mechanic.

When the customer arranges the work, keep the mechanic’s invoice, inspection record and related documentation.

Can I ride the vehicle immediately after removing it from the crate?

No. Complete all required assembly, fluid checks, adjustments, PDI and controlled testing before operation.

What should be checked after freight delivery?

The mechanic should inspect the wheels, axles, steering, handlebars, brakes, throttle, clutch where equipped, fluids, tires, battery, electrical systems, chain or drivetrain, suspension and accessible hardware.

Can Venom assemble the vehicle before shipping?

Professional assembly and PDI services may be available for eligible products for an additional charge. Review the product page or contact Sales before ordering.

Do I still inspect a vehicle that Venom assembled before shipping?

Yes. Freight transportation occurs after assembly and testing. Inspect the crate at delivery and complete a basic post-transport check before operation.

Warranty, Returns and Shipping Damage

What warranty comes with my vehicle?

Warranty coverage depends on the product category and model.

  • Most Venom off-road vehicles include a one-year standard parts warranty.
  • Venom motorcycles and on-road vehicles generally include a one-year or 6,500 kilometre standard parts warranty, whichever comes first.
  • Eligible Lifan motorcycles and scooters include the applicable Lifan manufacturer warranty described in the current terms.

The warranty begins when the customer receives the vehicle. Review the full policy for the exact product.

Review Complete Warranty Terms →

Does the warranty include labour?

The standard warranty is parts based. Labour, towing, third-party diagnostics, routine maintenance and installation costs are not included unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable written coverage.

How long is the battery covered?

The current standard warranty covers the battery for the first 30 days after the customer receives the vehicle.

Are wear items covered by warranty?

Routine wear and maintenance items are excluded. Examples may include tires, brake parts, belts, cables, filters, spark plugs, bulbs, batteries, sprockets, seats, grips, nuts and bolts.

Review the complete warranty page for the full exclusion list.

Can modifications affect warranty coverage?

Yes. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, non-compatible parts, improper fluids, neglected maintenance, overloading or misuse is excluded under the current terms.

What information is required for a warranty request?

Provide the order number, customer name, model, VIN, assembly or PDI documentation, maintenance history, description of the concern and clear photos or video.

Technical diagnosis may require additional testing or visual evidence.

Can I return or exchange my vehicle?

All sales are final under the current Venom Motorsports Canada terms. Exchanges, returns and refunds are not offered as a standard policy.

Contact Technical Support when a vehicle has an operational concern so the team can assist with diagnosis and parts support.

Are scratches or body fairings covered?

Body fairings and exterior panels are not covered as standard wear or warranty items. Shipping damage must be documented and reported within the required delivery-reporting period.

Replacement Parts and Technical Support

Are replacement parts available in Canada?

Yes. Venom Motorsports Canada maintains model-specific Canadian replacement-parts collections for supported vehicles.

Browse Replacement Parts →

How do I identify the correct part?

Provide the model name, VIN, original order number, a clear photo of the required part and a photo showing where it is installed on the vehicle.

Do not select a part based only on appearance. Similar models may use different connectors, dimensions or specifications.

How do I contact the Parts Department?

Call 1-855-984-1612 and select option 3, or email help@VenomMotorsportsCanada.com.

Does Venom provide technical support?

Yes. Technical-support staff can help review assembly, maintenance, mechanical and electrical concerns for supported products.

Photos, videos and testing results may be required before the team can identify the correct part or next step.

Are instructional videos available?

Venom publishes instructional and technical-support videos covering selected vehicles and parts.

View Support Videos →

Can Venom recommend a local mechanic?

Venom does not control independent repair shops. Customers are responsible for selecting a qualified mechanic with appropriate powersports experience.

Street Legality, Registration and Documentation

Are all Venom vehicles street legal?

No. Many ATVs, dirt bikes, Mini Jeeps and youth vehicles are intended only for off-road use.

Only specific models are sold with documentation intended for on-road registration. Registration, licensing, insurance and road-use rules vary by province.

How do I know whether a motorcycle or scooter can be registered?

Review the current product page and contact Sales before purchase. Confirm the specific model documentation and registration requirements with the provincial licensing authority.

Do not assume that engine size, appearance or the word “scooter” determines legal classification.

Do I need a motorcycle licence for a 50cc scooter?

Requirements vary by province and by the vehicle’s legal classification. Confirm the required licence, registration and insurance with the applicable provincial authority before riding.

Can an ATV or dirt bike be ridden on public roads?

Do not assume an off-road ATV or dirt bike is permitted on public roads. Provincial, municipal and trail rules vary, and additional registration, insurance or equipment may be required where operation is permitted.

Will I receive registration documents?

Registration documentation depends on the specific vehicle and its intended classification. Contact Sales before ordering when registration documents are required.

What should I do if registration documents are lost?

Contact Customer Service with the order number, customer name, VIN and model. Replacement availability, processing requirements and applicable fees depend on the document and vehicle.
