Does the E-Grizzly use lithium or lead-acid batteries? This E-Grizzly uses a 48V 20Ah lead-acid pack made up of four 12V 20Ah batteries. A matching lead-acid charger is included. It is not the lithium battery system used by the E-Madix. Use the included charger or an exact approved replacement for this battery type and model. How long does charging take, and how long can I ride? The published charging time is approximately 6–8 hours, with an estimated 2 hours of riding per charge under average use. Actual duration varies with rider load, terrain, temperature, battery condition and throttle use. Plan around your actual riding conditions rather than treating the estimate as guaranteed range. What age and size rider is the E-Grizzly suitable for? The minimum rider age is 10 years, with a listed maximum load of 350 lb (approximately 158.8 kg) and a 28-inch seat height (approximately 71.1 cm). Youth riders need appropriate training and direct adult supervision. Check control reach, foot position, steering movement and the rider's ability to manage the ATV, not only their age or weight. Follow the manufacturer's manual, vehicle labels and local riding requirements. Contact our team for help checking physical fit before purchasing. Does it have hydraulic disc brakes at both ends? The E-Grizzly uses front drum brakes and a dual rear hydraulic disc braking system. Both systems need inspection and maintenance according to the model-specific instructions. Are the racks and hand guards included? Yes. Front and rear cargo racks and hand guards are included. Secure any cargo and follow the individual rack limits and overall vehicle load limit. The 350 lb maximum load is not the carrying capacity of each rack. Does it arrive fully assembled? The standard crated E-Grizzly arrives approximately 85% assembled. Remaining work includes installing all four tires, shocks, handlebars, and the front and rear racks, followed by inspection and testing. Complete assembly, pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and testing by a certified mechanic are required before operation. Confirm the assembly service selected for your order, keep the mechanic's documentation and inspect the ATV after transportation, including when it was assembled before shipment. Electric power removes gasoline-engine servicing, but the battery pack, charger, electrical connections, throttle, brakes, tires, steering, suspension and fasteners still need regular care. Follow the model-specific schedule for the rear shaft-drive system and grease fittings. Keep the ATV and charging equipment dry, and follow the battery instructions for charging and seasonal storage. What warranty is included, and are the batteries covered? The E-Grizzly includes a 1-year standard parts warranty for eligible defective mechanical and electrical components, including the motor, subject to the terms. Coverage begins when you receive the ATV. During the first month, approved replacement parts and their shipping are covered. For the remainder of the first year, covered parts are supplied and the customer pays shipping. Battery coverage is limited to the first 30 days.
